Monty, great decisions on the wildcards dont let the press let u think differently.. Luke Donald is a fantastic team player 4 the foursomes/fourballs, Eduardo Molinari has proved himself immensly this year and if any1 is worried about Padraig Harrington they need there heads testing he is a player who can handle the most intense pressure and is a fantastic match player who like u said not 1 American player will want to draw in the singles.. all the best colin lets bring the Ryder Cup home.

Hi Colin,
Three great picks, I was at Gleneagles today and watched Edoardo play the last three holes with supreme belief and confidence, he will be a great asset to the team.
Padraig and Luke need no explanation as to why they should be on the team.
Sergio as a vice captain will be like having a 13th man as he, like yourself, lives and breathes the Ryder Cup.
All the best to you and your team in returning the cup to Europe.

Just watch interview on BBC website about Ryder Cup and picks. Top stuff, have tough job but feel you and your vice-captains tick all the boxes to lead the lads and to regain the trophy back. 80's for me was the era of golf where players like yourself, Seve, Ollie, Sir Nick, Woosie and many more put us on the map regarding the Ryder Cup with fantastic golf but even better team spirit. If you can re-kindle some of this into the lads were home and dry. Thanks.
